Performance Based Incentives for Quality of Care Landscaping and Case Studies

TRAction is interested in developing a landscape document showing where Results Based Financing (RBF) and Quality of Care (QoC) projects have been implemented, exist or are planned.  This panorama, as well as a series of selected case studies might be presented at upcoming events which focus on RBF, improving the quality of health care services, including maternal, neonatal and child health services. This award will develop background material focusing on RBF and QoC to be circulated and presented.

TRAction intends to issue one Fixed Obligation Grant on a competitive basis to the applicant with an application best responding to the requirements and objectives for this research as described in this RFA. The anticipated award will be up to$40,000. Expected duration of study is 4 months, but shorter periods will be considered and may be accepted if justified by the proposed draft workplan.
